With the new all-inclusive guest card, you are prepared for all circumstances. Moreover, you can reach your favorite destination by bus or train - for free! Service period: From the beginning of May to the end of November
Price: included in the apartment price.

Charging stations for electric cars

FOR A SUSTAINABLE HOLIDAY

You are arriving with your electric car? No problem, as we have three charging stations that allow you to charge your car directly at Residence Reisenschuh and make sure that you are ready for your holiday adventures.

Included services

The apartment price includes the sauna area, the gym, the children’s playroom, childcare at Hotel Alpin, a covered parking space, the use of the golf course in Sterzing (during the summer months), Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. Furthermore, you can use the ski room, the elevator, and - for a fee - the laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board. On arrival, we will give you the activeCARD (May to October), which allows you to use all means of public transport in South Tyrol and to enter many museums for free.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are always unpleasant - for us and for you. This is why we kindly ask you to inform us on time if you need to cancel your vacation and to understand that we need to charge a cancellation of your booking as follows:
- Up to 60 days before your arrival, the down payment (40-50% of the apartment price) will be retained.
- 59 to 30 days before your arrival, 80% of the apartment price will be charged.
- Less than 30 days before arrival, in the case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the apartment price is charged.
These conditions apply regardless of whether we sublet the canceled apartments in whole or in part.

Travel cancellation insurance

SOMETHING FOR EVERY TASTE

Are you in the mood for fresh eggs for breakfast or do you want to round off the evening with a glass of wine in your apartment? No problem, we’ve planned ahead! In our self-service fridge at the reception, you can find different products: Feel free to serve yourself! Wine, beer, and juice, organic eggs from the farm “Marginterhof”, jams, and butter for a tasty breakfast, herbal tea, and much more is waiting for you! Just take whatever you would like and write it on the list!

Allergy-friendly living

Do you have an allergy? To make your vacation as pleasant as possible, we thought of everything! This allows you to relax without worries and to fully enjoy your stay. Our precautions for people with allergies include:
- natural wood floors of larch wood in all apartments
- bathrooms and kitchens exclusively with tiles
- water-soluble emulsion paint and tiles on the walls
- wooden sofa set with cotton covers
- beds with foam mattresses
- duvets and cushions out of polyester, cotton lining, anti-rheumatic, anti-allergenic and fully washable
- bedsheets of pure cotton
- no down pillows
- underfloor heating in the whole house
- no animals allowed
- smoking is not allowed

Animals

We like animals a lot, but to keep our apartments accessible without problems for people with allergies, we ask you to leave your four-legged friends at home.

Check-In and Check-Out

On the day of arrival, your apartment is ready for you at 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10 a.m.
